In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.b.ii.(i),4.136.3.c.ii and 10.3of the Zoning Bylaw.
Applicant proposes construction of an athletic field and parking lot
within the non-disturbance zone.
