NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9, the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: To re-issue the decision originally made by the
Planning Board on November 16, 1999 for the property
located at 475 Dale Street requesting a special permit
under Section 4.133 and 10.3 of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw in effect on December 26, 1984 to
construct a single family residence in the Watershed
Protection District.
