Notice Is hereby given that the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 8:00
p.m. on Thursday evening, March 28, 1991 In the
Town Hall, Selectmen's Meeting Room,with all par- ,
ties Interested In the application of Joseph V.
Mahormy, October Lx*Trust. 127 Turnpike Street,
North Andover, MA, requesting Special Permits
r-.,,under Section 4.133, Para 3d of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw in aHec1 on December 28, 1984. The
„ purpose of this Special Permit Is for the construction
of a single family home with appurtenant construc-
tion within too feet of a tributary to Lake
Cochichewick in the Lake Cochichewick Watershed
District. The premises affected is located on the
south side of Dale Street,known as 475 Dale S reet,
in a Residential-1 Zoning District also located in the
Watershed Protection District.
