Confirmatory Lot Release
The undersigned being a majority of the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover,
MA hereby certify and confirm that the requirements for work on the ground called for
by the Covenant dated October 17, 1995 recorded in the Essex North District Registry of
Deeds at Book 4379, Page 6,has been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning
Board as to the lots shown on the Definitive Plans entitled: "Abbott Village Estates" ,
North Andover, MA by Hayes Engineering Inc. dated October 23, 1987 as revised 4611
through August 11, 1995, which plan is recorded at the Essex North District Registry of
Deeds as Plan No 12716 and all of the lots shown on said plans * with any and all
revisions and renumbering of record are hereby released from the restrictions as to sale C
and building specified thereon.
