SPECIAL MEETING
The Planning Board held a special meeting on Tuesday evening,
September 3, 1985 in the Town Hall Meeting Room. The following
members were in attendance:
Michael P. Roberts, Chairman; Paul A. Hedstrom, Vice
Chairman; John A.. James, Jr., Clerk; John J. Burke.
Karen Nelson, Town Planner was also present.
The meeting was called to order at 8:20 p.m.
OSGOOD MILL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT -SPECIAL PERMIT

the Planning Board voted unanimously to GRANT the
petition and plan for a Planned Development District
(PDD) by Special Permit for the Osgood Mill Complex
subject to the fifteen (15) conditions listed in the
decision dated September 3, 1985.
The decision is hereby made a part of the minutes
WINTERGREEN ESTATES DEFINITIVE
The Planning Board signed the final definitive subdivision plans and
Covenant running with the land to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds.
The Board adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
