minor modification (after the fact) to DEP File #242-1238. The Modification shall conform to the plans
and documents referenced below.

Approved Modifications
Changes to the proposed plan include construction of a boulder retaining wall and associated grading changes,
construction of a settee wall, and additional patio and cabana roof areas.
As mitigation for these after the fact changes to the plan,the NACC requires the removal of a portion of the patio t
which is currently located within the 50-foot No Build Zone and infiltration of the entire roof area associated with
the cabana with the installation of gutters and necessary trenching to route the roof runoff from the cabana into an
existing infiltration system.
