There is 1 three family on third street owned by the Conte family and has a very small footprint on Third Street with no parking lot. It was built by George Smith and was built in the 1889 and 1890 as a duplex and was the only multi-use home on this street until presumably the 1970's. There are 4 condos on Maple and Stonington which are behind the project. There are 5 land parcels, there is 1 business which is Conte and was established as a funeral home in 1957. There are zero multi-families. The houses on Third Street were built with the purposes on being single family homes for the time which were senior managers and administrators of the Mills, which is different than the more multi-family which is use behind the Third Street project.
