MODIFICATION TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS
The Meadows/Maplewood Reserve, North Andover
At the May 5,2010 public hearing the North Andover Conservation Commission(NACC)
voted to issue a minor modification to DEP File#242-1447. The modification is for the
replacement of proposed decks throughout the project with paver patios. No increase to the
size of the proposed deck/patio areas is allowed.The Modification shall conform to the
plans and documents referenced below.

Approved Modifications:
h Paver patios,constructed according to the above referenced plans, shall be installed on all
units where decks were proposed for Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20,22, 23, 25,26, and 27(except
for units 2, 3,4, 5 and 6 of Building 16 where decks were installed).
h Pavers shall be set on a base of crushed stone, filter fabric, stone dust and sand. The patios
shall be pervious and shall remain so in perpetuity.
♦ All patios will be the same size or smaller than the decks previously proposed.
