NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Special Permit—Osgood Smart Growth Overlay
District(OSGOD)under sections 10.3 and 17.0 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant proposes conversion of
existing space to performing arts center in the Industrial 2 Zoning
District(12) and in the Osgood Smart Growth Overlay District.
